Being a formal activity allows you to measure results. Would you spend $100 every week on a newspaper advert that did not produce any results? Of course you would not. You would expect to “earn” more than $100 from each advert. Otherwise you are wasting money. That is a measurable result. Remember this, all true marketing is measurable.
